Are HACT products suitable for men?
Yes, HACT products are suitable for both women and men. They are formulated to act locally on different types of hair loss, regardless of gender.
Product Information
Some hair treatments cause side effects. Is this the case with HACT?
Our usage tests reported no side effects, other than positive ones… like more hair.
Can HACT products cause unwanted hair to grow on other parts of my body?
No. HACT products act locally on the scalp and do not stimulate hair growth on other parts of the body.
What types of hair loss are HACT products suitable for?
HACT products are suitable for all types of hair loss, whether diffuse, hormonal, seasonal or stress-related, in both women and men, with the exception of cicatricial alopecia where the bulb is destroyed.
Do the improvements disappear after stopping the products?
In some chronic cases, such as androgenetic alopecia, there is currently no definitive cure. Our products must then be used continuously to maintain the results obtained. Conversely, for temporary hair loss, such as seasonal or stress-related hair loss, a targeted treatment may be enough to restore thicker and stronger hair.
Generally speaking, if our products work for you and you see visible benefits, we recommend incorporating them into your daily routine on a long-term basis. Scalp care is essential, and there's no reason to stop using products that are working.
Can I use HACT products as a preventative measure?
Yes, it's even recommended. As they say, prevention is better than cure! Even if you don't have any specific hair loss, our products help strengthen and stimulate the scalp for stronger, healthier hair.
The HACT routine
I am pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use the HACT routine?
No, the HACT routine is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, with the exception of the Thickening Shampoo No.1 and the Scalp Massage Brush. The full routine can be started once breastfeeding is finished.
What are the benefits of the HACT routine?
The HACT routine works on several levels. It stimulates hair growth, promotes collagen production, and blocks the action of DHT (the main cause of hair loss). It helps slow down the signs of hair loss, supports thicker, fuller, and stronger hair, while restoring the health, vitality, and overall quality of hair.
Can I use the HACT routine with other hair health products or supplements?
Yes, the HACT routine is compatible with other treatments. Just be careful not to overdo it and always check with your doctor. Supplementing with appropriate supplements can be a good idea. However, if you are taking prescription medications, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new supplement or hair care product.
Is the HACT routine suitable for everyone?
The HACT routine is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for sensitive scalps, except for the Thickening Shampoo No.1 and the Scalp Massage Brush, which can be used safely.
After seeing results, should I continue the HACT routine?

How long should I expect to see results?
Results vary from person to person, but for hair loss treatment, it generally takes between 3 and 6 months to see visible results. This is due to the natural hair cycle, which regulates hair growth and renewal over several months.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of our packaging is recyclable. To recycle your products, we've partnered with Citeo to be as eco-friendly as possible. Bottles and caps can be disposed of in the glass bin. Everything is noted on our boxes.
Are HACT products tested on animals?
Never! Our products are not tested on animals, in accordance with European law. At HACT, we are committed to respecting living things and would never harm animals.
Do HACT products contain sulfates, parabens, GMOs, phthalates, or silicones?
No! HACT products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, GMOs, phthalates, or silicones, to ensure a safe and gentle routine for your hair and scalp.
Are HACT products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan.
Are HACT product formulas eco-responsible?
Eco-responsibility is one of our values. Our formulas are designed for hair health and the health of the planet.
Made in France, the products we offer use ingredients of natural origin, our formulas are between 95% and 100% of natural origin.
Order
Is it possible to cancel my order once payment has been made?
If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund you, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it, but you can make a return upon receipt of your order.
A product is missing from my order
There is a product missing from your order? We sincerely apologize for this oversight.
Write to us specifying the product concerned, and we will find a solution as quickly as possible!
My order is late
Is your order taking longer than expected? We understand that this is frustrating...
- If you received the shipping email, your package is on its way! Carriers can sometimes experience slight delays, but it will arrive very soon.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, remember to check your spam folder, the email may be there.

Subscription
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to your customer area, under "My subscriptions", and click on "Cancel". You can also pause it and resume it later.
How often will my subscription order be delivered?
Typically, we offer delivery every 45 days or every 3 months, but you can adjust the frequency directly from your customer area according to your needs.
Why didn't my promo code apply to my subscription?
Subscriptions are already discounted, so promo codes cannot be added to them.
My item(s) are out of stock! How will this affect my subscription?
We will delay your next subscription payment until the items are back in stock. You will receive a notification informing you of the out-of-stock item and the new payment date.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link for your package.

Blockage of less than 3 days
In this case, this type of blockage is usually resolved within just a few days. In most cases, waiting allows for faster delivery than resending a new package.

My package is shown as delivered but I can't see it!
Have you had a chance to check whether your package has been left with a neighbor or your caretaker? This happens regularly.

Are there customs fees for international deliveries?
Yes, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not managed by HACT.

Exchanges and refunds
How to return a product ordered online?
In case the product is defective, contact us directly and we will find a solution together.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your products to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, no claims can be accepted in the event of a lost package.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, the refund cannot be made.
Can I get a refund for a product I ordered and used?
Our policy does not offer refunds for opened or used products. Only unopened products in their original condition, returned within the specified cooling-off period, are eligible for a refund upon receipt of the products.
